Management is incompetent. The company is unable to deliver. The turnover at loyalty has been 50% over the past 2 years. The security practices were implemented by a company that doesn't understand technology. The systems are also needlessly complex. If you don't mind spending a lot of time writing needless reports, want to work on old technology, and not deliver much this is a great place to work. Don't expect to have access to the Internet to get your job done, or management that is effective.
