Pros
- OK pay and benefits - Some good knowledgeable folks
Cons
- Highly political environment. Your opinion does not count if you are not on good terms with the "in" crowd. In fact if you rub the "in" crowd the wrong way, you are pretty much assured that you stay will be miserable - Lots of finger pointing and blaming going around. Middle management especially is very good at the blaming and pointing fingers and have not qualms about "throwing folks under the bus"! - Constructive criticism is not encouraged, in fact, anything you say might be twisted and construed negatively and you will get reprimanded (constantly) - You have to be very careful when you talk to you team members because you never know when one of them would take your comments and twist them around and relay them to the middle management. - As one of the reviewer's mentioned - you are expected to work long hours and weekends. In fact you have to ask for weekends off. - As another reviewer mentioned - lot of folks are on H1B so they tolerate the "slave shop" environment. - Change is constantly promised but never happens - people who suggest changes are not encouraged, in fact they are constantly put down. - Avoid this place at all costs. I left a thriving career at a great company to come here thinking I could accomplish some changes. Don't make the same mistake I made and I wish I had known about these things before joining.
