Pros

Good opportunity to learn new skills. Good enough benefits. Salary bigger than median one.

Cons

Training is absolutely awful and you will barely learn a thing if you can stay awake... Try talking with colleagues and do as much shadowing as possible. A LOT of micro management, never worked in a company with more micromanagement but this might be team dependent. Policy is not respected and you can have colleagues stealing your work without management caring at all.

Pros

There are pockets of genuine talent and dedication across teams. Some individuals strive to deliver quality work despite systemic challenges.

Cons

Leadership seems focused more on money than on people. Fear, favoritism, and displeasure framed as “coaching” by some in leadership often take the place of real support, so following orders and conformity take precedence. Many managers don’t seem very experienced, which leads to weaker hiring and uneven processes. It doesn’t feel safe to speak up, and surveys that claim to be anonymous don’t really feel that way, so employees hold back. Some workers get obvious special treatment, while others lose trust and status quickly if they don’t go along. New hires often come from places with the same problems, which only makes things worse. In the end, it feels like the same story seen at many consulting firms: control and compliance are rewarded, while trust, safety, and real teamwork are fraught with risk and politics.
