      Dont do it. No pros at all.

      Cons

      horrible pay, stingy with giving employees raises, horrible benefits - BARELY NONE, no room for growth, outdated computers where the system always crashing making your job more harder while they micromanage your work

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
