Pros

Provided equipment, able to make changes to the schedule if needed, some great team leads and managers (the ones I had were for sure)

Cons

Wasn't transferred to a different project when seasonal ended like I was told I could be even after completing the assessments passed them but when I tried to book the interview for any of the there were never any available times no matter how often I checked for over 2 months and then the invitation expired for it and I tried to contact them regarding the issue and never received a response to any of the several times I reached out.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
