Pros

TTEC offers remote work and covers licensing costs, eliminating upfront costs and the inconsistency of commission-based employment.

Cons

TTEC does not have a system for taking time off and with their constant seasonal rotation there is no stability and when you are working there is no opportunity to use the PTO accumulated.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
