      Pros

      They have a cafeteria where they serve mediocre food.

      Cons

      Give your IT people enough staff to get work done. Spend some of your budget. Here's an idea? Reward people when they have completed a major project and the client was thrilled. If you want to work 55 hours a week and have no work/life balance this is the place for you.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
