Supportive team environment and good exposure to fraud prevention processes. Gained strong knowledge in AML, risk assessment, and case handling. Work culture is decent and colleagues are cooperative.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
