I can only say a benefit of the job is getting paid.

Cons

Everything, team leads, trainers, pay, and the amount of complaints that you receive is too much.

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
