Work culture is mostly good Leads are chill

Cons

Managers will make your life hell if you're unlucky. Leave is not on your hand even if you're entitled to your own leaves. Salary is not up to the mark. Increment is close to none for most.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
