      Good job, shift bids suck - Customer Service Representative TTEC Employee Review

      Pros

      Very supportive supervisors and team members, pay was decent, provided equipment, interesting clients to work for.

      Cons

      Shift bids that were meant to be stack rank often wouldn't follow their own guidelines. Top performer and opted for first shift, was told enough people didn't select second shift so I just got chose to fill in second shift hours.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
