      Pros

      Colleagues are awesome to be with, our Leaders are very knowledgeable in what she is doing. I learned a lot of things from my team.

      Cons

      Office politics is very rampant, the pay package is a bit low for my experience, They did try to increase our base pay but its only a small fraction of what we deserve.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
