Pros

Job flexibility (working remotely on occasion), PTO is decent especially after completing first year, full bene's and 401k match (although all health/retirement plans are pretty bare-bones/stripped down... but still better than nothing). Opportunities for career advancement if you know how to play the corporate game well by "kissing the right behinds" and working an ungodly amount of hours.

Cons

Executive management struggles to retain top talent by offering stagnant wages combined with ever increasing work demands - Teletech has earned a reputation with outside companies as having a 'revolving door' at all levels of the business.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
