Thank you for making a review on TeleTech! We're happy that you liked the paid training and flexible working hours. We do however compensate the salary by providing other benefits and commissions. We wish we could offer everyone permanent jobs, but we do let you know if the program you signed up for is seasonal early on. Thank you once again and good luck on your career!

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
