      Flexible schedules, great people to work for and with! Potential for upward movement and advancements. We have lots of positions available, Join our Team!

      Cons

      I would love to see Teletech as a whole become more active in the community. Our site is very active and would like to see a more inclusive corporate initiative.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
