      Pros

      I did not know what to expect when I started in TeleTech, I was not sure about what the company services were, but it has been a great experience. The company has offered me professional development and exposure to a global enterprise.

      Cons

      The company moves very fast, so I think they should focus on extending their onboarding process for employees in their corporate office.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
