Pro's would include the employees.......

Cons

Terrible upper management. Not engaged, not supportive, do not invest in you as employee and could care less about your lack of "life balance". There is NO life balance at TeleTech....there are no growth opportunities either. Human Resources is a farce as well. One big joke and waste of 8 months of my life. I have since quit and found a REAL job!!!! Run for your life!!!!!!

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
