Pros

most of the time its the only job in the whole county, and they hire ANYONE.

Cons

you have to bring up your computers and programs before being logged in so the first part of your workday is unpaid, 6 minutes to use the bathroom all day outside of your break times, the company as well as their client do not care about the employees what so ever, constantly forced to cut your breaks short, when you call off they tell you to bring a doctors not but when you do they tell you it doesnt mean anything and write you up for time missed, and much much more.

Pros

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
