Pros

Proximity to work place TeleTech is near home, I don't have to hustle my self to work unlike working in the jam-packed city Company culture Since TeleTech is near our home like everyone else that makes employees have a closer friendship bond On time employee compensation For 5 years working here, TeleTech has never been late on paydays

Cons

No incentives specially on G&A employees, No annual increase for call center agents and No extra bonuses like mid-year bonus (just 13th month pay)

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
