      Pros

      working at teletech is by accident. got no job and i have idea that there was a job fair @glorietta that time they gave away stressed ball so i signed in and luckily got hire.

      Cons

      loved teletech before because of the facilities like big quiet room, there was even a landline to use for outgoing calls. there was even pc provided for internet if you are on break. before there armd plenty events like rpa and family day.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
