Pros

Work from home, flexible in allowing you to switch hours with other employees. These two things are the biggest plus for me because it allows you to make a little (very little) extra money and IF you are able to switch your hours with someone else you can possibly have your perfect schedule. If you can not find someone willing to swap hours with you, this is where the possible problem comes in........

Cons

While they allowed you to swap hours with your coworkers through emails, your schedule was VERY unpredictable and ALWAYS changing. You could be working 8am-12pm for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden a shift bid/schedule change came up and your new hours would be 10am-2pm. 3 weeks later another change to 1pm-5pm. I started on a 5am-9am schedule and within 2 months my schedule had changed 5 times and I was working 5pm-9pm. Needless to say I did a lot of swapping. Also the supervisors can be rude/short with you. Be prepared to do more than the job you are hired for.

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
