Pros

You get to work from home is literally the only pro.

Cons

Nearly no one in leadership should be a leader. The pay is awful. They're not uniform on policy. The system issues are pathetic & they make it your fault they their systems delay you. They belittle everyone despite knowing very little. The amount of reasons they can not pay you is terrifying.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
