      Pros

      Upper management is very engergized and engaged

      Cons

      They promote in some strange ways, the best choice is not always selected. They make some very strange concessions for some of thier contracts, and thier attitdue of "Will Do!" gets them in trouble.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
