Pros

*Respected among peer groups within industry *Wide variety of opportunities and LOBs to take part in and learn *Strong middle management and entry level population pride and work ethic

Cons

*Pigeon holed in "their" way to operate - not agile in navigating cutting edge technology *Senior management, specifically operations, primarily manage by intimidation and fear. The exception would be if you are part of an elite team in the inner circle. *Disappointing ethical and moral behavior at senior levels

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
