Pros

The training course is actually pretty enjoyable, although you have to pass a grad call to keep your spot in the program. Most people, including managers and team leads are very friendly. The pay and benefits are good. My office was beautiful and I got to enjoy the floor to ceiling view of the city and the mountains while working hard on the job.

Cons

The expectations are constantly changing. It is hard to develop a sales pipeline because most business owners you call presume you are trying to scam them. Employees are driven out by the constant threat of losing their jobs. The turnover rate is very high.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
