      Great experience, opportunity to craft a unique skillset. Fun group teammates/colleagues (not due to any efforts of the organization)

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth within my current role. The organization thrives on underpaid, over-performance and doesn't financially incentivize top performers to have any form of a long-term prospectus within the organization.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
