its a job when "They" need you! ---

poor communication with management. The trainning is very confusing and not well organized. They will change your schedule without your knowledge at any given time, and mulitple times in any given week. They will schedule you to work, then make you take mandatory time off at any given time without prior notification. If you need a steady, reliable job, this is clearly not the one for you!! This is a very unprofessional place to work. They hire you to work, schedule you to work, then cut your hours in the middle of a shift, they post a list of "Mandatory" time off, and if you don't log off right away, they will boot you from the system...However, you are Never told this when you are hired or during training!!!!

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
