      There are no Pros to list at all.

      Cons

      Forced 401k entry with a 401k company that will refuse to close your account till after your 401k has been deleted. low pay with a promise of possible raises that never happen. Claims that employees agree to a 10 year non-compete agreement for all fields of work. being recorded while being fired to ensure that you return the equipment provided by the company then accusing the employee for theft to not have to pay unemployment.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
