      Pros

      Working from home,save lots of gas money,meeting new people from all over

      Cons

      If you're a rehire they will make you go threw all of the steps along with buying the things to make your pc capable just to tell you afterwards meaning interview paperwork and etc that they cant rehire you which is bull and the pay is 9.50

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
