Pros

There is none at all they are the worst company to work for, they don't appreciate their employees and treat them like crap, and take advantage of you don't even train you properly or give you the tools to do your job. I wish i didn't have to give a star to submit this but I have to .

Back to back calls but is manageable.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
