Pros

None, unless you like constantly being demeaned and put down, or if you are lazy and would rather suck up to management than do your job because that's the only way you will get ahead here

Cons

Management is questionable. They hold vendettas (for no reason, other than they have decided not to like you) and they will make your life a living nightmare. They pick favorites and if you aren't on that list then you might as well start looking for another job. You will not get any projects that you want to do, you will not get raises/bonuses/promotions (even if you are more qualified, work harder, and actually know how to do your job more than the favorites). Bad pay/bonuses (unless you are a favorite) if you are actually a hard worker and competent you will not be rewarded for it. Ever. No room for growth No communication from management (unless of course they are sabotaging you)

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
