Pros

free snacks that are doing away with in the near future. Some departments offer flexible hours so you can leave early enough to interview with legit companies.

Cons

Pay across the board is poverty level for the State of AZ and they are always finding ways to make it even lower by increasing goals and other metrics. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Benefits are so so. Training is lengthy and in my case, not done very well. While there is diversity in the office, all I can say is I think only one person in my training class over the age of 40 passed all of their nonsense mock calls. The rest of us were terminated. Hmmm. Then when it comes to asking for my final paycheck they email me that I voluntarily left. What a crock and they know it. Suffice to say, it's in the hands of the labor board now. Just run. It's a complete waste of time. Even a manager admitted they are constantly changing and juggling people around.

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
