Pros

Pretty easy to get hired. Nicer building with onsite cafe. (although it's expensive).

Cons

Pay caps off at a low amount with not much room to advance. Schedule can change altogether every 6 months or so. If you are late or sick, expect to be written up regardless of the circumstances. "Benefits" do not get you much and are expensive. The training for USAA was horrible. You will not learn how to do your job until they put you out on the floor to take calls.
