      Pros

      Great management, great people, pleasant work environment. Supervisors care about you, fight for you, and remain your friends after you leave.

      Cons

      Not for everybody; many people get stressed out in this line of work. You're at the mercy of the clients. HP shipped its call center jobs to India, forcing TeleTech agents to either apply for a different project, find another job, or get laid off.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
