decent pay for the area. worked with newer technologies

Cons

sales. I was told during the interview process and throughout the ENTIRE training period that this was an IT help desk/desktop support job. I was told that the sales goals were minimal and that it should be no problem to reach them provided I make an offer on every call. In the six months I was there, three people from my "team" were terminated for not making sales goals.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
