Pros
Pay is great, paid training, and it's a family like environment.
Cons
It's so much to learn in a couple months training time, once you get on the floor you continue to learn. I did not have confidence in my capabilities when we were sent to the floor, untill weeks later. It's not a good feeling to know your not ready to accurately do the job.
