      Pros

      Real career and learning opportunities in Argentina and oustide. Fun work environment and good team work. Good benefits including work from home, 3 weeks of vacation and leading private medical coverage.

      Cons

      Below market salaries. Not adjusting to in-country economic situation, specifically to inflation. Generating growing discontent among employee base.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
