Pros

The only pro I have for this company was the pay during this project that we were on $17 an hour was not bad for the area.

Cons

Some of the things you will encounter there is a lack of training. They give you the minimum you have to rely on team leads or other agents who are familiar with the job. They tell you to look up information in the knowledge tools. However, the search engine in the knowledge tool is not the best no matter how many keywords you use. You have agents who are rude to each other. Also if you're not buddies with some of the team leads and supervisors they will walk right by you and don't speak even if you speaking or looking at them. If you're not a top producer you also don't get much recognition. Also, the commission was very poor the top tier was $13. I guess because they are paying you $17 per hour. The call flow was very scripted and way too long for the project we were on. That was very frustrating to me. This is how they rated your quality by the script. Plus if you didn't meet compliances they would take your bonus away no matter how much revenue you brought in. Also, at times they would not even let you respond as to why you didn't meet compliance. If the team lead even submitted a rebuttal it was shot down by upper management.
