Pros

The only best thing was the training with thr best trainer.

I was hired on 8th april was done with training the tech support and higher management suppose to get back to me after my training to set my schedule to start working.My laptop was working perfectly until the ttec tech team started working on it and was broken during the process of their setup and messed my laptop motherboard. After several Email send to my trainer and to hire team they replied me with a email saying i have failed TCI session, and your computer didn’t' boost to the host OS after you were completed.You are not able to continue with the project “”This is not the kind of reply i was expecting. And till this day, they haven’t gotten back to me if they would be able to fix my laptop. Else, I would have arranged for an alternate device. Its very very sad that i needed a job so badly and they treat employee like this.

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
