Pros

Compensation competitive with my pay as a retail store manager. Light work load. Opportunity to transition to different projects within the company.

Cons

Training did not go so well. I got the impression that my trainer did not have the most up to date materials. Things apparently change daily and many of the team chats are supportive but spend a lot of their time trying to figure out the most current practices, with new and old information getting jumbled together.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
