Worst company of all time.

Cons

The most unorganized company in history. You are just numbers to them, they do not care about their employees or their clients. I got tossed around to 5 different team leads in 6 months, then let go when I requested medical leave due to being diagnosed with a serious medical condition that I needed to take care of. After being "let go" by text message, they threatened legal action about returning equipment while I am still too sick to even get out of bed. Of course there is no easy way to contact anyone from management either. Heartless company. Training is terrible, they train you on things you don't even use then throw you to the wolves. I worked for ttec for 7 months and I would never in a million years work for that company again. Atrocious.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
