      Room for advancement if you go to work and do your job. Interesting projects coming in Training and moderate benefits available, though costly for the better ones Nationwide and International opportunities for those that put in the work

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
