      Pros

      Office near my home Provided Career Growth Work Life Balance Provided good bonuses and benefits Complete confidence shown in my work and management style for my team

      Cons

      In my 1st 2 years, did not care about my growth (change of upper management in department paved the way for growth) Operations side, some clients/accounts do not care about people we hire (work schedules were erratic and made employees to have forced PTO without pay)

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
