Pros

Work from Home, I guess.

Cons

Trainers not effective, entire training classes have walked out. There was a class-action lawsuit started in 2018 against them, where they wronged new hires and some of the older TTEC members. If you have a pay discrepancy and are using their device good luck, I had to submit a ticket. It said I had to go through company computer. The site demanded for a photo to be uploaded with it. Device didn't allow photos to be saved or uploaded on the work side. My entire training class was hit with Colorado state tax. I lived in Texas. They lived in Florida. we did not have state taxes. It took me a month and a half to see my first check when others were paid. I lost my electricity and was told I'd be fired for it. Fantastic. They returned my state Taxes that were removed before I saw my first check. I was asked in the first week if there were any exceptions necessary to mandatory training. I needed to speak with my prosecutor and the victim's counselor. Others were allowed days off. An hour off was not acceptable. What a joke

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
