Pros

It's easy to work as time goes on and you memorize how stuff goes, especially if you can tune out the contradictory advice and directives you're consistently given. Although it won't save you from unethical termination, you can easily become VERY proficient in your responsibilities and gain a lot of industry knowledge as you go.

Cons

Everything they tell you to do, they'll shortly tell you NOT to do it that way but to do it differently (in a way they'll negate soon after). Employees are blamed for TTEC's technical difficulties. If the system is screwy after their company gets hacked, they will fire people without warning - accusing them of "timecard fraud" - rather than troubleshoot the actual cause of the errors, or observe the employee directly so the employee can PROVE they're not in any way involved in the technical errors. Tech Support is outsourced to agents in India who don't just have thick accents, some of whom don't seem to speak but one or two words in English.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
