Pros

It was a remote job. None other than that. Literally absolutely no pros about this company

Cons

Embarrassingly low pay, bad management, mediocre training, extreme micromanaging, no consistency in training or quality control. Don't take this job unless you want to be yelled at all day by customers and then demeaned by management who has nothing better to do than time how long it takes you to go to the bathroom.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
