Pros

Work from home. No commute. Not having to pay childcare. Nice managers. Flexible hours

Cons

Not being able to take an hour lunch, only 30 minutes. Getting time off can be tricky. Company software always has an issue, and they do not pay you for the many hours that you are down because of this and I find this unfair. No OT pay at all. No benefits bc they don't let you work 40 hours so they don't have to give them to you.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
