TTEC has contracts with different companies so it depends on your location as to what actual company you are representing. In my case it was a bank...and one I'd never recommend after working there. The bank started getting stricter with TTEC on stats and it became all about stats and numbers and less about actually helping the client.
So far as the schedule, in training you get use to a daytime schedule for 3 months and then it changes to working nights with no options to change to a daytime schedule. Working until 10pm or later is rough when you have a family. The job itself becomes draining and boring and you aren't allowed to use the restroom or rest your eyes from the 3 computer screens or rest your voice from talking except on breaks every 2-3 hours.
