Quite a lot: * They will increase your workload with a pretense of upskill but no salary increase. * They will promote you when the role is badly needed and then demote you on a pretense of being understaff. * They will do mass lay offs after hiring a lot of candidates. * Despite returning the assets and providing evidence that it was returned, they will insist you didn't and won't pay you your final pay. * Some supervisors will asked you to work despite taking a sick leave.
