Pros

Working hours are precise and usually if they want overtime from you they ask it in advance. You are getting paid the extra hours worked and there is transparency in your salary. Environment is overall good, but not great. They tend to be over sensitive over diversity and inclusion

Cons

Its a call center with lots of pressure that comes to a peak from March till September when it’s high season. Nevertheless the duration of you working there, you’re entitled to only one week of vacation between June-August because it’s ‘high season’ and the job type into tourism’. They hire many people at the beginning of high season and tend to get rid of them at the end in the meantime pledging many opportunities regarding promotion etc. Management is extremely demanding on employees providing overtime hours nearly every day. The salary was many times less than it should be and you had to open a ticket on specific platform to claim what you’ve worked for. Last but not least, they tend to favor the employees that are more likely to be bootlickers.
